Could someone please help me get this mod working on my site.
I am getting "Unable to install at this time. Please try again shortly."
Ray has activated this mod, but I'm still getting the same message. He has sent me the Zend version as well as ioncube, but neither will work.
I have uninstalled them completely before re-installing following the instructions but to no avail. I have also made sure with the server administrator that we have ioncube or zend support and we have both.
I would love to get this working. I have since tried to contact Ray, but he hasn't been returning my messages. I'm assuming its because he offers limited support. If that being the case, he should at least let me know.
I would like to know is there any other reason for this message to appear?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
