Sad to say I've been disappointed with probid v.6. I am a brand new customer and figured this might have had bugs worked out of it since it wasn't listed as a "beta."
All I wanted to do was get 2 problems fixed: 1- concerning listing with a private bidder. The name keeps appearing no matter what computer I go on to sign in as a different test user other than the seller or buyer. I am not getting any answers from probid. 2 - what do I ask my host provider about SSL? When users sign in securely, they get a message: "Although this page is encrypted, the information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party. Are you sure you want to continue sending this information?" This can't be- their login needs to be sent securely!
I have also, weeks ago, registered for their forum but still have yet to be approved!
My main question: should I remove version 6 and go to 5.25, and, if so, how would I go about doing so? I'd like to add mods but there are hardly any for v.6.
They've been good at answering questions so far until now. I'm getting really frustrated. This is time being wasted! and time means money!
