how to correct it?

I just built my web with probid.
i try to find what is the cause of this problem? on my server or about my installation,since start almost register/user not recieve my activation mail event it say mail is sent out,resent it. also i try on send mail tell friend some fraind were recieved mail some not recieved. seems i have to change my host provider right this case?
who can give me on this solution?

A lot of users with FREE email accounts never get my activation emails either. I've lost some potential business over it. Those customers never come back. It seems to happen to people who use Hotmail the most often.

I made a post about this some time back on the PPB forums in this (http://www.phpprobidforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6004&highlight=hotmail) thread. Maybe it will help. Really, the best thing to do, is simply block the domains your having trouble with, and prevent the user from using it at the time of registration. I now have pretty good success with getting emails through, but it was a bit of a process and lots of frustration and raising hell with them to get it to happen.

first i think i'm only one who can't go to there forum.
i'm get lazy to ask them, may be i ask thema lot since i buy them about 5 ticket i posted,last time they just explain me in short as about this mailing problem ,not sure what they means.i would change my host next week not sure what i will get???:( :confused:

I need some help from you again.
the problem i have right now is i can't sent mail to user.
i try on both choice from admin panel in case it's mail it show mail send out but our user not recieved eny thing not sure i config enything wrong?
incase setting were sendmail i got some msg error then not sure i set it correctly?

Hi,

This issue will need the input of your hosting provider to ensure the mail requirements previously listed are met on the server.

Unfortunately failing that the only option is to move to a different host.

I am guessing that those free email services are blocking all mail coming from my host because too many people (other clients) have spammed them from those servers. (Or something like that.) If that is the case, I don’t know how to make them believe that I am not a spammer.

Once in a while someone from Hotmail or Yahoo can get registered successfully. I don't know how or why but blocking all of them would mean a lose of even more business.

I have change my web host yesterday.
Seems it working now...:)
so happy,it's time to add other mods into my web.
just thinking what should to be add first?:p
