Need help with ccrequired for sale MOD

I just installed Ray's credit card require to sell MOD. It seemed to install fine. The data base was queried successfully with no errors but once I logged into the admin page and went to the credit card option MOD there was nothing there but a save options button. There was no options there for me to select. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Did you make changes to the site lang file. (The lang file that matches the language of your site).
