[ Assign winner manually ]

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but I found out tonight that sellers have the option of manually assigning winners to their item, EVEN IF the item does not make reserve or the item has already been sold.... :eek:

If there are multiple bids on an item and they are under the set reserve price, the seller has the option (AFTER the auction has closed) to go to his/her "closed auctions" section and manually assign a winner(s)... :confused:

Is there any way possible to turn this function off and NOT allow sellers to manually assign multiple winners for 1 item?
