When a user views his/her listings within the members area, by default, their images will show on that listing. There is no option to not display them. The question becomes, does a user really need to see the images on his own listings? Allowing the user to disable the images, not only saves you bandwidth, it also allows for the removal of a main query, hence allowing your members area to operate faster, especially for a user with many items for sale, further it gives it a cleaner appearance.
